Refund policy

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us on esteems@live.co.uk immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund.

If you do not like the product and want to replace it, you must inform us within 14 days of receiving the goods via emailing esteems@live.co.uk. We will provide you with the return shipping address depending on your location and request for you to post it back to us by paying the shipping of both directions. Once we have received the goods we will issue a full refund excluding the shipping fee. PLEASE NOTE: The goods must be in a re-sellable condition and within the original packaging.
